Valley Forge Log Cabin & Memorial Arch
$9.00 – $35.00
While the Continental Army was encamped at Valley Forge, they cut down the trees they could find and made over 1,300 log cabins to keep warm. Now there are only replicas dispersed throughout the park.
The National Memorial Arch was constructed in 1914-1917 and cost the U.S. government $100,000 to build. It was dedicated to General George Washington and his men and reminds us all of their dedication to liberty through their sacrifices.
