Elephant in a Lotus Field

In Cambodia and Thailand, there were fields of lush lily pads and lotuses. The grey sky made the fields pop with a vibrant green. I combined a photo of the lotus fields with a picture of an old elephant we were acquainted with in Thailand. This particular elephant bonded with my mom which was heartwarming. At the elephant sanctuary, we met and fed a group of elephants bananas and bamboo. The highlight of the whole trip was getting down in the mud with them. We played and threw mud at each other then we all headed over to the pond. That’s right, we swam with elephants! It was a magical day in paradise.
