Buddha Head at Bayon Temple
$13.00 – $35.00
Bayon Temple is one of the hundreds of temples in the Angkor temple complex. Though the other temples were originally Hindu and later converted to Buddhist temples, Bayon Temple was built to be a Buddhist temple. All around the building are these cool, giant Buddha heads. Walking around the temples in Siem Reap, Cambodia was truly the hottest day I have ever experienced. I recommend hiring a driver with an air-conditioned van to take you from temple to temple. Be sure they have plenty of cold water waiting for you as well! We went through about 40 bottles between the 5 of us that day. No joke!
