Many of us have fond memories of Santa as children. It was scary walking up to him, sitting on his lap, and telling him what you want for Christmas. But it was magical going to bed on Christmas Eve waiting for Santa to bring the gifts he promised. Those are the feelings we hold onto and desire to pass on to our children. The classic imagery of Santa is what reminds me of those childhood feelings from so long ago.
This painting was a collaboration with my little sister. She did the majority of the painting, and I made edits, mostly his lips and the background. This Christmas home decor art piece was created with acrylic paints on a canvas. The prints are high-quality giclee prints ready to be framed and hung in your home.
